"As a Project Control Engineer, PT JFE Engineering Indonesia has given me the opportunity to be involved in various projects, from petrochemical and manufacturing plants, to energy and environmental sectors such as gas pipelines, geothermal power plants, waste to energy, and many more. I also had the opportunity to work under an Expatriate Project Manager where I obtained a lot of knowledge that is applicable in the field. I especially learnt about 根回し Nemawashi, which means making necessary arrangements, especially talking with individuals related to an issue and getting their feedback, before making an official decision and announcement.
