• Implement zero tolerance to the act regarding the violation to legal and regulation.
• Establish an independent anti-bribery compliance function, with adequate authority to supervise the establishment, implementation, as well as provide suggestion and guidance to actualizing effective Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS).
• Encourage and give protection to each Company personnel and business associates by good faith and reasonable evidence to report alleged fraud which occur at Company area.
• Conduct supervision to the implementation of ABMS and each violation will be sanctioned in accordance with applicable Company rule and regulations.
• Develop ABMS in compliance with applicable requirement, and strive continually to improve its effectiveness in preventing, detecting, and addressing.
